Superglue Question.

After the mouth seals itself shut, I start poking holes at the top and work my way down. The glue seals the holes shut upon drying.

Going back to the small tubes of glue. Once I get done I toss it.

No, not true only superglue with cyanoacrylate for main ingrediant is safe

Gorilla glue is a polyurethane. This material depends on moisture (water) to cure. It will actually foam up as well with excessive moisture - designed as a gap filler. I would be nervous with putting this material in a tank or water. Just my $0.02

yes , in water maybe , but out of water , could you construct a rock formation with it when setting up a tank before the water is added

Yes, constructing outside the tank would, in my mind, be a good way to use this adhesive. With the superior gap filling and very strong final bond, polyurethanes are a great option, but just keep in mind the color - the adhesive will harden to a cream-like color.

That's what I used for 2 zoa frags and seemed to work well,,, but I bought smaller tubes in a 12-pack (under $8) 'cause I was too lazy to drive to the Dollar Store:
