I have a dual media reactor, I'm planning on using Brightwell's Purit in one canister, what should I put in the other canister? Would Brightwell"s Ferrox Phos-G be redundant? Also is there a supplement I can add for the fish, anemones and some corals. At present I'm not dosing anything other than All for Reef daily.. I'm kicking around dosing Kalkaska, not sure how to go about that; I've read about gravity fed and adding to the ato. I fed the corals and anemone phyto-feast and cyclopods. I have a jbj 65 gal with clowns, chromis, damsel and soon a angelfish. Parameters are excellent and stable other than a slight increase in nitrates, a water change will take care of that. No, Phos-G wouldn't be redundant. I don't know what all Purit comprises, but I suspect the main component is carbon (similar to ChemiPure).
