Supplement gone bad

hi i have a new bottle of brightwell mag supplement and as i was measuring i notice white particles floating and some settlement at the bottle of measuring cup is that normal? its my first time adding magnesium

Don't think so. Did u shake it before u opened it

Yes I did but maybe not enough ill shake it some more, who knows how long it's Ben on their shelves
