Supplement T5 to my gen 4 pros?

I would add 2 48" ATI Blue plus bulbs to start and if need be add 2 more. I really like the let retro fit kits BRS sells seeing you have a canopy. If you didn't have a canopy I would recommend the Aquatic Life fixtures that allow you to reuse your LED's and add 4 T5's.

Good advice from Hitman. I have a canopy and went from led, to adding let retrofit, to adding aquatic life hybrid. I like 4 t5’s a lot.

Most LED users find a pretty good boost in growth adding T5s to their LED setups. I would encourage it!

Since you already have 2 Radion Gen 4s, why not add a third one problem solved, this way you don't need to change 2 to 4 bulbs every 9-12 months.

Most people end up with 4 bulbs... might want to just start there instead of the incremental steps that lots of people take to get there. Aquatic Life Hybrid is a very popular choice.

You can change good T5 bulbs every 24 months. Once you see the difference that they make, you won't mind paying to replace them.

Yeah the BRS retrofit for a canopy is great. Rule of thumb is at least half of the bulbs should be blue plus. I got increased growth and coloration when I added the t5s to my photons

2 coral plus 2 blue plus and you will be good.

I have to buy 4 new T5 bulbs for my Aquatic Life fixture, which has 3 Ecotech xr30 Gen 4's, and I plan on buying 2 Blue + and 2 Coral +.
