Supplemental lighting

I currently have an aquatic life 4 bulb t5 ho over a 75g I am planning on having sps eventually on one side of the tank and would like to add something like a par 38 bulb or something like that which could be used on just half or part of the tank. Any ideas on what is the best way to do this?
I also would like to add some supplemental actinic leds who makes a good led strip to use for this?

I'd just go with the Ecoxotic Panorama LED, very strong LED unit for a strip light.
