Supplementing alk to kalk?

Ive been using brs sodium bicarbonate at about 180ml/day by hand to keep my dkh around 8.5.
Brs had a sale so i bought a 1.1ml/minute pump to help with dosing.

I am now wondering if it would be best to use sodium carbonate(to raise ph) over night with the dosing pump to keep the ph more stable?

I already have a 30 gal refugium that comes on from 6pm-3am.

What do you guys think?

What's your ph during lights on and first thing in the morning just before lights on?

If you don't struggle with low ph I wouldn't do it, as it's just another thing to keep up with.
