supplements and anemones?

I do not use any supplements. Just the appropriate lighting and feedings once in a great while. I NEVER, EVER feed silversides.

If your not doing water changes frequently (at least 25% every other week) I would supplement iodine and maybe trace elements. Otherwise keep your Alk stable and everything should be fine. I only feed my bta once a week with a blast of mysis or brine from a turkey baster, the clowns do the rest.

i put a couple drops of selcon near my anemone and they do great.. i also feed pe mysis and rods..

I feed them once a week with small pieces of squid or shrimp. I also change 20 to 30 percent of the water weekly and I use Pohl's Xtra and Amino Acid twice a week.
I am also pretty sure that my Haddoni supplements his own diet once or twice a week.

Once/week feeding (PE Mysis, regular brine shrimp, & regular mysis) along with 10-15% waterchange. :)

I don't add supplements nor do I target feed my anemone. It gets what the clowns get.

bump... so far, all I've been doing is weekly water change / feeding and the nems seems to like it. :)

I have noticed a reaction from several S. haddonis when the Mag levels drop a bit -- otherwise just keeping normal reef levels is all that is needed.
