I survived but more importantly so did the reef.
I didn't have a doser and alk dropped from 9dkh to 6.8dkh, only 2 sps and a few small LPS corals. Fish included a coral beauty, midas blenny, 2 clowns and a yellow watchman goby.
PH stayed 8.3 to 8.2 the entire time.
I did set up an Apex auto feeder, a 10gallon ATO reservoir, and a DIY orange juice overflow skimmer container to let me leave the skimmer on. The skimmer is more disgusting than I have ever seen it and will get a heavy cleaning tomorrow.
Chaeto needs to be trimmed.
I left all tank equipment except a powerhead on one GFCI and the internal powerhead on a seperate GFCI plug but luckily neither tripped. 2 webcams and the Apex let me check in on the system.
I will have longer trips coming up so this will be an ever present refinement, any input is much appreciated.
