I have this weird little star that I noticed in my tank yesterday. He seems to hangout at the bottom of my frogspawn. Any ideas? Be nice to the frogspawn hes just waking up lol

Hello! Is it a pest starfish? If so, let me know! I would be happy to help you remove it!

Asterina starfish, some are rumored to eat corals. They will also eat coraline algae.
Usually not a big problem tho and very common in the reef tank.

I couldn’t see it, now I do! That’s a pest starfish, remove it from these following steps:
Harlequin shrimp will eat all your starfish, and will KILL these pests! But he only eats starfish! So every pet store with a coral tank has them, ask them for some! That shrimp will love them! But that’s the only way to not disturb the tank, you can pull them out yourself! They won’t bite!
Don’t add medicine or raise heat, they won’t die unless u get a shrimp or remove them yourself! Good luck!

Hey Guys, After hearing a lot of mixed opinions I left it in the tank for a few days. Today it was stressing me so I just removed it. I didn't want to take a chance and I wanted to get it out of there before it multiplied.

Good call. I've had some that eat coral and either way they are annoying.
