I have a male and female swallowtail in quarantine. Separate tank due to the size difference between the two. I noticed that after I treated them with PraziPro they both had a red spot show up on their right gill flap in the exact same spot. It's right where the little hook is for lack of a better word. I though maybe I did it with the net when I moved them into the tank. Should I be treating them with something else if it's just an irritation. Not the best picture

It could be an irritation, which may improve over time - but that irritation might also provide a pathway for bacteria to gain a foothold.

I'd recommend getting hold of some antibiotics (I used Furan-2, Kanaplex and Metroplex on a regal, and the three together pulled her around) so that you can be ready to treat if you notice it getting worse.
