Yesterday I swapped tanks (90gal no sump to a 90gal with sump) and added a chunk of dry rock that’s been marinating in old tank water for about a month. I did all of this yesterday. I added about 70 gal of new saltwater as so much of the old saltwater was nasty.
As of this morning my nitrate went from 11.1 to .6 and phosphate from.14 to .24. I dosed a little neo nitro but should i keep dosing or even be concerned about these levels right now.
Any help or suggestions would be great.
