Swapping an Urchin

I'm concerned that transferring this urchin coated with GHA into a new tank will cause a GHA outbreak in the new tank.

Can you remove the GHA first?

So I did but just found some sort of bug. Any idea what this is?

need better picture from side but pretty sure its a amphipod... good cleanup crew, people (including me) buy them to add them to their tanks,

Pretty difficult to get a good picture it's so small.

It almost looks and moves like a shrimp. It keeps latching into the urchin.
