How should I go about swapping nanos? I want to use the same rock, but it's covered in corals. I've never had to swap tanks so any help would be great! I wanted to rescape the rocks too.
Would it be better to just cycle the new cube with new rocks and just re-glue the corals to the new rock? Or just transfer it all at once?

I would save as much of the old water as possible. For the sand if you wash the old stuff in tank water to get the ditritus out it can be reused or just get some new sand. I went from a 32 cube to a 60 gallon in a day and I saved everything I could so it was more like a big water change than a new tank. I only lost a large mantis in the trasfer but it was my fault it happened because she was in to small of a container during the move :( All of the fish an corals transfered were only upset for a day or two because of being moved and a change in lighting.

I also moved everything once before, from a 60 g to a 120. I didnt experience a new cycle. I only kept the water needed to transport fish and anemones
