Sup!
Im back and I finally retired my 20H holding station and 20L. I stepped it up and got me a coral flat!
Enough with the boring stuff here are the dimensions and stuff:

Tank:
23.5"x38"10"

Stand:
25"x39.5"x37"

Sump:
16"x32"x14"
3 chambers (1 for skimmer and 1 for LR and 1 for return)

Currently have it as a frag tank but Im planning on cutting out some of the eggcrate in the front to create a display area for my favorite sticks.

Tank has been up and running for one week and all of the goodies have been installed (skimmer, ATO, lights, etc..) I also added all of my previous coral and fish. Will be waiting another month before I start to accumulate coral again just in case the tank wants to cycle again. I do want to add 3-4 more fish, I currently have a true perc and two chromis. I was thinking 2-3 cardinals and a six-line wrasse but its not set in stone and Im open to suggestions!

So, I have run into a dilemma.
I have this great tank but no way to stick a power head on it. I currently have 3 mj1200s and 1 tunze 6045 just laying on the bottom of the tank not being secured in any way. Reason being is that there is plywood on 3 sides of the tank and the acrylic is about 3/4" thick and I don t want to put all the power heads on the front.
What can I do in this situation? Are the power heads I have enough or should I try to find another way to put a power head on there.
I really wanted a wp40 pr wp25.

Yeah I will def work on it. I have a bunch of no name stuff but ill see what I can do.

I'm thinking of getting additional lights to get rid of my little par30s. I was thinking maybe another reef radiance fixture but only the blue/white color combo. I have been getting amazing growth and crazy coralline but I do not like the full spectrum color temp. I have the blue channel at 100% and the white at 20% and its still not blue enough for me haha!
Any opinions?

Yeah I do I have a sour apple birdsnest and a green one. They are pretty awesome if they are under some nice bluer lights, they pop! People keep asking me to cut it up but I like my little colony lol.

Thinking of setting up a classroom reef. What are your thoughts on this?
This is what I'm looking at right now.

5g, ac70, heater, par30 bulb, LR, LS, coral and a clown goby!

So I sold my two favorite small colonies of my clementines and rastas, but all for a good cause. I bought my girlfriend an engagement ring that she doenst know of yet. Its not a huge diamond but its a nice size.
Anyways, Ive decided to change the look of my tank and take out ALL of the eggcrate. I know have a shallow display and I am absolutely loving it. I wish I would have done this from the beginning! I should have some pics up tonight.
