just want opinions. i have limited room and these have a small footprint. great ratings as far as i have read.

Love my 160 cone, fits in my little sump and was very reasonably priced. Luke at RF is professional and fair.

I have an SWC 250 2S Xtreme skimmer that I've had alot of issues with. Normally start up issues once I turn it off then back on.

Alot of skimmers do that, or just magnetically driven pumps in general.... something happens with the polarity and it balances not allowing it to spin.....i dont think it has much to do with a specific brand....i had a reefoctopus that did that...

Chris whats the footprint of the 230.......i think that 10 gal is only 12 inches wide.....even though ironworkers are soft i guess he could use some help....lol!

Haha...Gary, i know thats your buddy. So you can get away with that comment. I know a 160 cone will fit in a 10 gallon, but the way he baffled it, i think a 120 will be the only good fit. Not sure what the 230 is but it is definitely too big for a 10 gallon.

Typed from my phone because I have nothing better to do.

The paint has killed brain cells. I will keep it clean. Lol. And yes the 230 is way to big I would like to have salt left after skimming
