I am chomping at the bit to get 80g growout going. 1 light comming next week so I can start, lol.
This is a milli I think. It was a wild colony. I had it under my halides and it stayed the same for a month. Its a very pale pink.
This is it now as I put it in my 20g nano with 2 16hds. My 45 frag system is running 3 16hds now as I have joined the 21st century running all my systems on leds.
The color in person is a darkish pink with orange accent and white polyps. I will most likely put it in the 80 eventually which will be gen 5 xr15 blue.

I’ve been super busy and not on as much lately. Thought I would throw out some fire! Not a stick, but fire none the less ;)

Hey Buddy what are these zoas?

Just wanted to post a quick pic of this no name I picked up several months ago. It’s quite attractive with really long branches (for what I believe is a Tenuis) with extended blue tips that turn into a glowing turquoise highlight at the base. The picture really doesn’t do it justice. It’s a fine piece. I’ve named it SRC Aquina

This is beautiful, how’s it growing for you?

I’m only just beginning to get back into SPS (After having a long break from it - Blenny decided it would eat a nice mini colony of acropora).

It seems to be a fast grower so far. This pic is a bit old. The mother is much bigger now, even though I’ve taken several frags from her.

It’s been a while. Figured I’d throw out a set of phone pics of a grow out tank ;)

That last photo has a proper eye catcher! The orange with the purple really looks beautiful and is a great example of an attention grabbing acropora!

It’s the one just above it however that also shows some great colours that go well together!

Ahh that’s a beauty too. The pic I sent is of the CC Bahama Momma. This one is Vivids Confetti. Both are amazingly beautiful acros with wildly different structure and growth patterns. Both are at the top of my favorites list!

Wow! I didn’t know that a civics confetti looked like that as a truly coloured up mother colony.

I need to up my acropora game, so far I have one small frag of something that I still can’t figure out the name of. I will be looking for another acro or two towards the end of this month when I go to the further away LFS (About a two hour round trip). Possibly a pink lemonade or a red planet (or similar).
