Sorry for the blue lights, but you should still be able to see it.
My flow was completely turned off; it was swimming freely. It's tentacles would twitch around like crazy. It was about 2 millimeters in diameter.

How small is it on the glass in comparison very hard to make out if it’s even living could be leftover food multiple things doesn’t seem harmful could just be a anthipod or something of the sort

Sorry forgot to mention that my flow was completely turned off; it was swimming freely. It was definitely alive and not an amphipod.

It was about 2 millimeters in diameter.
 
Whatever it is, it very cool. It looks like to be a larval stage of something.
Yeah it was cool to look at. Like something out of a sci-fi film.

As for larva, it could be. For livestock I have a single 6 line wrasse, a bunch of cerith snails, some hammers, a few mushrooms, an acan, some zoas and a scoly.
