Switch advice

I currently have a 55 gallon glass with a couple of frags of zoas, a frog's spawn,and a condy. I want to set up a nano cube that I'm reconstructing soon. I need you guys' knowledge. If i decide to make my 55 into a fowlr will any reef fishes eat the anenome? I won't put it in the cube due to its potential growth size but i want to get a huma trigger, niger trigger, puffer fish, possibly a snowflake eel but i want to keep my maroon clownfish and move the pygmy Angelfish to the nano. Thoughts? I need proper guidance

You may want to ask in the anemone and Clownfish subforum.

Off the top of my head, I am thinking the puffer wouldn't be safe, but I can't say that with complete confidence.
