Switch Meds or Stay the Course

Good afternoon! I ran out of spectrogram and had a group of fish come into the QT. I started through Kanaplex and Furan-2 and wanted to know...on Monday my Spectrogram will be in. Should I switch to it on the next 2 day cycle or continue what I started?

Bacterial. I'd stay the course with Kanaplex and Furan 2.
