Hey all,
I was doing some cord management today and started switching everything from my power strip over to an EB8. everything was going great...until I plugged both of my VorTech mp10 pumps back in. They light up, but the motor sounds/feels dead. What happened?? I'm so frustrated.

If your getting proper power try taking them out and cleaning the wet side

Any chance you mixed up power supplies during the transfer?

They do light up as if they're working. I'm just not hearing or feeling any vibration from the dry side. I'm going to try scrubbing the wet side and see if that helps!

Yes they light up on the controller and you might want to check to see if the pump part is plugged into the controller if the light doesn’t turn on you have to turn it on at the controller

@TheHarold was right! I'm just an idiot lol I mismatched power supplies. Thank you so much for troubleshooting with me. I had to run out and run an errand as soon as the problem arose, so I was extra frazzled.
