I am switching from a 75 gallon to a 130 gallon. The 75 is 1 and half years old but I had to switched sooner then expected due to my seal broke and started to leak how soon can I add everything into the new tank if the only thing new is new sand? Everything else is from old tank.

You can add everything! Sand is the biggest issue - when the old sand is reused without being completely rinsed. New sand is essential no different than bare bottom in the sense of moving stuff from one tank to another.
