Switching from ai primes to radion g4

Hi all I have not been happy with my 16hd with the differ colours they put out . I found 2 xr15s for a good deal so I want to switch my tank is prett shallow and I don’t want to kill my corals how would one switch over to the new lights with out hurting anything ?

Can you check the par of curent lights in various areas of tank and try to match the same par with new lights. To be safe could start new lights with a little less par than current.
