I just ordered a Neptune DOS for dosing 2 part and I have a couple questions about making the switch from manual. Every morning I test my alk level and it’s always at 7.6 - 7.8, and I always manual dose 100ml. (300 gallon total water volume) it’s been stable at these numbers for the last couple of months. So when I set up the DOS should I plan to have it dose the same 100ml total? Or will it use less of dosing throughout the day? How do I calculate what dose to start with? Also, when I first turn it on, should I do it after I manual dose so alk is at its high point, or when alk is at the low point?

I would not expect your consumption to change. No need to start at a high point, just skip the large manual dose and start autodosing one day.
