Hi, I am going to make the switch from components 1+2+3 pro to the diy recipe. How strong is the diy to the pre made pro? I have read the diy is stronger then the original so will it be close to the pro strength? Thanks.

I switched from component 123 to the dry recipe and I have been dosing to my 210 gal for the last 8 weeks. I have dosed about over 45 L in total and I am using the same dosing measurment before. I think the diy is the same as the original.

Thanks, I have been using the components pro 1+2+3+ Which is 2x the strength of the original. It’s a lot easier on the dosing pumps as I’m dosing 60ml as opposed to 120ml for my 60g. Is there a ratio that I could replicate the component pro? @Aquaforest

Hello,
There is no recipe to DIY Components Pro.
Only standard 1+2+3+ you can do your own.

Best regards,
Aquaforest
