Switching from Triton to Reef Pro

Hi! I have a 33 gal display and 10 gal sump with refugium. The tank is pretty stocked with mixture of SPS and LPS. I am switching from the Triton Method to Reef Pro Complete AB. I'm going to start dosing today. How much of your product do you recommend I start dosing?
