My tank is full of higher end sps, especially acros, and I am going to be switching from 3 Chinese black boxes to 3 radion gen 4 Pros this weekend. My black boxes have done a great job thus far, but I'm hoping the radions will improve growth and color. I will continue to supplement with 4 blue+ t5.

I am looking for some feedback from any sps guys that have experience switching to radions from some other light source. I do have a par meter, should I just match the par from the black boxes, or should I start low intensity and work my way up?

TIA...

I’d match PAR to black boxes and drop it like 15% just to be sure. Then work up to where you want it. I only have a little experience from one switch, didn’t lose anything or even have much bleaching fortunately. Going to be making another switch soon though, will use the same technique unless others have better suggestions

Here's what I have now. Radions will replace black boxes...
