I used to always use RSCP but didn't like the high alk level. I then switched to doing half blue and black bucket Red Sea. Things, especially lps, are looking great. So I'm going to hop on the fritz bandwagon. Should I slowly mix some of my RS salt with the fritz in water changes before completely switching to full fritz water changes? Or go cold turkey and just do full fritz water changes?

Welcome to the Fritz RPM club too!

I hoped it stood for.
Randy's Primo Mix but... I was wrong, again :)

Tagging along with ya.

I've just gone with the change full force and get salinity and temp the same and roll with it. Some corals feel the difference and have created new corals from the change because they think they may need to procreate in order to survive. I've read that it can be recommended to occasionally do a water change with a different brand to kick them into gear.
