Switching systems and lights.

So I am swapping everything over from a 20L running an ATI 4 bulb fixture to a 75G running 2 250W MH and 4 PC (2 blue 2 actinic). On the ATI I have the light schedule that the blues come on at 2pm whites at 3, whites off at 10pm blues off at 11.

My question is what will be the best light schedule to run with the new system and light?
