Switching to a calcium reactor, need some help!

Hi

I have trawled the net and understand
how to switch and will use the readily available calculator

Replace a supplement

My question is... The fauna Marin balling salts I use are not on the calculator. Can some wonderful person tell me which of the options on the drop down list is most similar to FM?

I would be very grateful.

I have never ran a calcium reactor before but I’ll bump this for you!

Thanks, for the FM instructions its 500g of alk/carbonate in to make up 5 litres of water/solution. and 1 kg of calcium chloride to make up 2.5 litres of solution if that helps at all.

Sorry, I cannot easily determine the potency of the Fauna product. Even after downloading their special calculator, it was taking far too long to do something useful with it.

I'd just use the entry for ESV B-ionic and take that as a starting point.
