switching to new tank but I have algae

My tank has gone to crap. Episodes with bryopsis, dinoflagellates etc. good news , I beat the Dino, bad news bryopsis is back. The tank has been horrible for months. I recently set up ,my new tank. It hasn’t cycled yet and I previously did it the old way.
This time I was going to try the dr.tims one and only and dosing the ammonia chloride.
I have live rock in the old tank I wanted to bring over eventually. Issue being, I have coral attached to it. Since the other tank is a new system, do you think my chance for bryopsis is high to the new tank? How should I deal with bringing over old coral and rocks?
I want to be doing this very soon since so much of my coral is dying or died already.

Is it possible to take off the coral ?
If so then it would be a good idea to scape and scrub the rocks and leave them in a bin to let the algae die off .

That’s my issue, I have a lot of zoas that are grown to it. I’m going to try to remove the most I can answer then yea maybe I will clean it all

Pull off as much as you can and treat with Vibrant before moving rocks over

I’d do a fluconazole treatment in your old tank to eliminate the bryopsis before moving anything over. I’d probably also run fluconazole in the new tank when you begin moving things to insure that the bryopsis doesn’t take hold.

I tore down a tank due to bryopsis a few years ago before we knew how to beat it. I’m a little gun shy.
