Swollen red lip on potters angel

Hey guys I flipped through the ID section to to try and figure out what myblotters angel is sick with but didn’t get a clear ID. Figured I’d make a post and see why you guys thought.

It’s only on his lip
lack of appetite
Slow/sluggish swimming

Looks bacterial in nature.

Are you medicating QT in any way.
Lack of eating is because of the infection being on mouth.

I would treat with Sulfaplex + Kanaplex + Furan-2 in QT for 10-14 days. Or NFG if you have that on hand.
