Symphillia question and coral id's

I've had this symphillia since end of July. It barely shows flesh when lights go out but the flesh doesn't ever swell to cover the skeleton. I figure it was starved or something when I got it. I've had it high, moved it to sand bed, and even moved it a bit beneath a rock overhang. I never see feeder tentacles either What can I do for it. I feed reef roids, coral frenzy, marine snow etc to the tank several times a week.

Also can someone confirm this is a galexea. It doesn't look like a lot of pics with those tall round skeletons.

Also am not sure what this one is.

On the first coral, not much you can do for it. It should be receiving direct light however, so I'd move back out into full lighting somewhere in the bottom 1/2 of the tank and then leave it be for a couple months at least. Every time it's moved only increases stress. You can try to target feed it some frozen mysis when lights are off.
The second frag is in fact a Galaxea aka Tooth coral. IIRC there are two different growth forms of it.
