Sync/Anti sync?

Could someone explain how this functions? I have 2 Reefwave 45's installed opposing each other. I would like the flow to go left to right for some set time period, and then right to left for the same time period. How is this accomplished?

I would also like to know this. The videos and docs from Red Sea don’t explain it very well. I’ve tried with sync toggled on/off for both pumps and one on and the other off but they always seem to pulse at the same time.
