So I got the syncra sdc 3.0 that comes with barbed fittings for up to 1” ID tubing. I have 1” tubing and though it fits on the fitting it’s not a real snug connection. Like I can easily slip in over the fitting and if I shook the tube it would easily disconnect. Measured the ID of the tube which is 1.03 “ and then measures the barbed fitting which is .98 “. Will a clamp be enough to keep it attached? Any suggestions? I feel if I go down a tube size I will still have the same issue.

You are talking about soft PVC tubing correct? Unfortunately with inexpensive manufacturing today there could be wide variance in the sizes. But if you use a plastic grip clamp it should be fine, that's what I use on my 3.0

Yea soft vinyl tubing. Ok I needed to go down a size with clamps cause the 1 in clamps were too big. Hoping the 3/4 inch ones will work
