syncra sdc 3.0 pump

New pump driving me nuts... will not get out of off/on cycle. Same situation with controller only or using controlall app. Advie from their tech support was to cycle the controller. Ave done this several times with same result. Have even deleted app off phone. No luck. There is a rubber button on the bottom of the controller but no indication in the literature saying what it does. Anyone else experience this situation and solved it?

It is not a button on the bottom it is plugging another power input.

I have not had that issue with mine.
