I bought a used Syncra SDC and I'm unable to get it to work, there is just a red light on the Lock up in the left side of the controller. Any ideas? Also, I downloaded the app but it doesn't let me register, it doesn't let me put my DOB and then complains when I use the default that I must be 18?
