Syphon recommendation

Hi,

I was wondering what syphons people recommend for cleaning. I have an old-school tube without anything that I use for water change and sand cleaning, but as a result I get tons of sand stuck in the tube and syphoned out of the tank. I would like something better where I lose less sand, preferably. I did a quick amazon search, but noticed I have no real idea what to look for specifically.

Something like this is all I use. If I suck up some sand I put my finger on the output to make the suction stop and let the sand go back down.
