I'm wanting to change my stock 54watt t-5 bulbs for some bulb's that will add both color and growth. I was thinking ATI blue plus and a UVL 6500k. My other light combo are 2 65watt CP UVL super actinic and 2 UVL 12000K.

I have LPS, SPS in the top part of the tank, and zoa's and shooms in the bottom.

They put out a little bit more. Instead of the blue special, you could also consider a KZ fiji purple.

It is a nice bulb that is more on the red/purple/pink side of the spectrum. It is tough with only 2 bulbs but you can still get nice growth and color out of them.

+1

This is a nice combo but it may be too dim for some. I would stick with the first recommendation and go with one ATI Blue+ and one ATI Aquablue Special. With this combo you will hit the entire spectrum of light and provide best for your corals.
