Ah, well some specs about what you are trying to create will help people give you suggestions. What size tank etc

I have a 75 Gallon tank

48Lx18W

My suggestion would to be, call the 80/20 site the @cmcoker linked you. Give them your dimensions and the people can help you with this design and size product that you need

On the 80/10 site there are calculators on how much weight a stand will hold.
For a stand a 1515 profile is commonly used.
I generally use 18 inch's apart supports pieces.
