I do not understand electronics but hoping someone can help me understand this.
My icecap ballast has a wattage rating as well as a tune length rating. It can only handle 12 feet if tube. However no 12' feet of t5 will ever come close to the watts available. So why is the length of tube over ride the wattage of tubes?
