T5 bulb recommendations

Looking at getting 4 bulb t5 for my jbj frag tank..what color bulbs should i get for a 4 bulb fixture? Having sps frags in there..

Thanks for the input fellas. Will i be ok with a 4 bulb on my tank? Too strong or not enough?

Should be, mine is over a 50 gallon though. You could always hang them a little higher if you're worried about too much light?
