T5 bulbs?

Any help finding 15” t5 bulbs would be great. I used an old odyssey halide combo light and made a hood to go between my hydras and I only have my actinics that came with the fixture but I can not seem to find any bulbs.

Here they are most likely the 17" as they never made anything less that 18watts- topdogsellers on ebay has them
