HI folks, I have a question for you all. I just set up a 6' 180 tank with mostly LPS and a few softies(1 is a giant toadstool 18" across.) I have a 48" 6 bulb fixture on it right now with ATI bulbs. I have a seneye and tested par. I only get 250 just under the surface in the middle of the light and 60 to 90 on sand. Do you think this is enough light to grow health coral. All my parameters are at NSW levels. THOUGHTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It'll be fine for the area under the light. (Especially if that's already what your current corals were already growing under.)

You'll eventually want to upgrade to a full-length fixture though – probably LED. ;)

I wouldn't feel rushed about it.
