T5 HELP!

What about the tru actinic and the blue plus combo? Is that good for growth? Or should I just use 2 blue plus bulbs?

Definitely the true actinic, it's not only for the pop, but for the UVA and little of UVB they emit for the SPS to develop those protective colorful pigments, the only T5 that come close to the original 420nm super actinic of UV Lighting's VHO T12 is from Giesmann
