I had a similar setup! I had an AP700, which is almost like having 2 A360's in one fixture. I ran my system on a 10 hour schedule. The kessils came on and ramped up for an hour, then then T5's came on and ran with the kessils at max intensity for 8 hours, and then the t5's kicked off and the kessils ramped down to off for an hour. I had my kessils max out at 35% intensity and around 40% color. The fixture was 8" off the water.
This configuration gave me 250-350 par all over the tank :)
Hope this helps :)

Perfect thanks alot

I run six Kessil A360WEs with two 60" T5HOs. I have Montipora, birdsnest, and some Acropora.

My Kessils ramp up to 70% intensity over the first 75 minutes and then ramp down to 0% over the last 90 minutes. They stay at 70% intensity for the remainder of the photoperiod from noon to 11:30PM.

The color ramps up to 60% during the first two hours and down to 0% over the last two hours.

The T5s run for a couple of hours during the middle of the photoperiod, but I'm currently increasing that interval 20 minutes per week to counteract shading from the Kessils.

Ok kool I was wondering what do reeefers have coming on 1st, t5 or kessil.

Some folks run T5s for most of the photoperiod. I'm working up to that ;)

Oh ok, so I guess it's a personal preference or is that better for coral health?
I've been having issues with my Birdsnest having STN from the bottom due to shading, so I'm trying to counteract that. I actually prefer the look of the Kessils without the T5s, but the shading is pretty bad even with six on a 125 gallon tank.

Oh ok that makes sense

I think I made a rookie mistake when I glued these two corals down, I dont remember the name I thinks it's some kind of acropora but its spreading to the birdsnest

Which one are you talking about? If you just used cyanoacrylate (super) glue, just use a sharp object to pop the frag loose.

If it's already encrusted, you can use the same method but there will be polyps left behind that will eventually reform the colony.

Even the epoxy putty can be removed with the same method. I usually use a stiff knife or ice pick to wedge under the frag and pop it loose.

Perfect that's why I love this hobby you learn alot from others thank you

Ati t/5 with 160. I only run the kessils on the lowest blue setting. Everything loves the supplement led
