Starting new build running 3 xr 15 pros now on 250 redsea going to 425 xl run them 11 hours on ab plus schedule how many hours on for t5 ati bulbs?

What I usually do is run the T5's for 8 hours, and let the LEDS do the ramp up and ramp down
