T5 + LED (Radions mostly) - How's it going for you?!

Hey all! Been using my Aquatic Life t5/LED hybrid for about 4 months now. I have 2 G4 Radion XR15Pros with 2 Coral + and 2 Blue + bulbs.

I'm curious what others are running for T5 combos and also especially interested in what folks are choosing to run their LED's at. I've just kind of set my LEDs up to do the CoralLabs AB+ peaking at about 52%. What's everyone else doing?

I’m doing back to front blue+, actinic, blue+, actinic in my 36 aquatic life t5 hybrid w/ 3 kessil a160’s. Been running the t5 configuration for a month or 2, just recently added the third a160.

I ran blue+, actinic, blue+, coral+ before hand.

Still trying to determine which combo I liked better!

I run 2 gen3 pro 60% AB+ with diffusers as well as blue +, coral +, coral +, blue+ for 6 hours per day.

Using x4 AB+ bulbs. Radions set to 20% on AB+ schedule.

How do you like the combo with the actinic? I'm getting fantastic growth, but some of my SPS and LPS are missing that color "pop". I have an actinic bulb in the closet. Would you drop a blue + or coral + to try it?

I bumped up my AB+ to 55% on the Radions this week. (Using diffusers about 10" off the water line)

How has that been going for you? It's been a bit since you posted. I'm currently running Blue+, Coral+, Blue+, Coral+ back to front with a pair of XR15w pros. What intensity do you run your Kessils at?

I took the t5 Fixture off of my tank. I killed every piece of sps I put in my tank. Not dealing with sps anymore so don’t need all that light!

I’m running 4 Hydra 26 HDs along with blue +, Coral +, Coral +, Blue +. Front to back, I have a peninsula tank and have a lot of vertical rock in the middle so I decided to leave blue plus on the outer edges and coral plus in the middle since my LEDs are set to the AB+ spectrum which is more blue. I also rewired my fixture so I can have the blue plus turn on for a 5 hour period and the coral plus for a 2 hour period. I’m getting good results, even growth.

I'm getting growth but colors starting to fade running C+, B+, C+, B+. I run them for 8 hours all on and then off, with Radions supplementing for about 12 hours a day set to ramp on the AB+ schedule until about 6pm and then they decrease down to a night blue level.

It seems to be doing pretty well. Everything grows, nothing really struggling unless I'm intentionally trying to whack it.

I'm running 3 Radion XR30's with 2 60 inch T5 Blue Plus over my 6 foot 210. My tank is mature, and I was running an 8 bulb T5 retro with a Reefbrite blue strip until I changed in April. Growth is still good and colors are fantastic. I run a modified AB+ program at 65 percent. The T5's run for only 4 hours.

Wow your tank looks fantastic! What did you modify on the AB+ program? Are you running diffusers?
