T5 Metal Halide combo vs. LED?

Hey guys I'm building a frag tank as my new project and I'm thinking about going ill school with T5 and metal halides combo over LED's! What are your thoughts about this? I found this on EBay and I'm thinking about getting it and swamping our all stock T5 and metal halides bulbs and upgrading them!

I love a MH/T5 combo! Best lighting available IMO. However, I'd seriously question the quality of the components used with a "cheap" fixture. You might be replacing the ballasts pretty quickly and that's going to eat up any savings.

I'd try to find a used MH/T5 fixture with better components. JMO

For just a frag tank LEDs tend to be really good. It's when growing big colonies shading becomes and issue with staggering fixtures. Hard to beat a cheap black box for frags!

For a frag tank a T5 fixture is a very good choice.
