Download a luxmeter app, and here is the result:
2×39w 15000k T5, 250k lux
250w 14000k HM, 25k lux
Tenfold[emoji33]
Anyone knows?

Might be a read error from the meter or my other guess is the MH bulb is super old.

The luxmeter app might be inaccurate but enough for comparison test.
I tested several T5s and MHs and the results were similar:15000k T5 is mucher brighter than 14000k MH.

Bump for lighting gurus out there. This is interesting.

I'm surprised about the results as well. So wonder anyone did the same test or any guru could confirm it.
