T5 plus Hydra 52's

I have (3) AI Hyrda HD 52's over my 220. I have mostly SPS. I am starting to look into adding T5's in addition. Do the make a one bulb fixture, say 48" long that could be attached to both sides of my LED's?

I did the same thing on my tank, and used one of these kits (albiet the 80w one) but they are easy to hook up and relatively low profile. Easy DIY that will save you some coin.
